We contributed to delivering a combined decoration and builders’ clean package on this scheme—a testament to our commitment to high-quality, efficient delivery. However, beyond the materials, brushes, and final clean, our role goes deeper. JJ Rhatigan’s ongoing commitment to smarter, more efficient construction practices is exemplified in their rollout of OpenSpace across all UK and Ireland projects. As part of their broader digital strategy, this reality capture tool has become a key component in improving visibility, enhancing collaboration, and streamlining commercial and operational workflows on complex projects.

Initially trialled on a third-level academic building in Maynooth, OpenSpace quickly proved its value. With key subcontractor changes mid-project, the platform’s 360° photographic documentation helped the site team clearly delineate scope responsibilities—avoiding delays, misunderstandings, and cost disputes.
