Old Kent Road was all three.

Over the course of 2024, LLC Group delivered the full painting and decorating package, as well as the builders’ clean, for a 267-unit student accommodation scheme in Southwark. Set across 10- and 12-storey buildings, and designed by Stitch Architects, this project was part of a wider regeneration plan transforming one of London’s most storied roads.

Our work included:

• Interior painting across all student bedrooms, kitchens, and lounges
• Fire-rated and moisture-resistant finishes in high-demand areas
• A final clean that turned a construction site into a ready-to-live-in space
