Brent Cross Town is one of London’s most ambitious regenerationprojects, transforming a former retail district into a vibrant new urbanneighbourhood. Plot 25 sits among the first buildings delivered within themasterplan, introducing purpose-built student accommodation alongside newstreets, parks, and public spaces.

Our role covered both builders cleaning and abseiling, handling theinternal and external cleans required to prepare the building for completionand handover.

Project OVERVIEW

Designed for the Next Generation of Students

Plot 25 delivers 662 student bedrooms across a series of connected blocks rising up to around 22 storeys, forming one of the first residential buildings in the Brent Cross Town masterplan. The development includes study areas, social spaces, and shared amenities designed to create a vibrant student community.

With hundreds of rooms, communal areas, and building elevations progressing toward completion at the same time, the final stages required both internal and external cleaning works to bring the project fully over the line.

Projects of this scale require a consistent standard across every space — inside and out.

Internal Builders Cleaning

Student rooms, corridors, communal spaces, and shared facilities were cleaned thoroughly to remove construction residue and prepare the building for inspection.

External Cleaning Through Rope Access

Our abseiling teams handled external cleaning across building elevations and areas difficult to reach through traditional access systems.

Working With the Programme

By aligning closely with JJ Rhatigan and other trades on site, internal and external cleaning works progressed smoothly during the final stages of the build.

Because the final clean is what turns construction into a place people can actually live.
