A Major New Chapter for Brentford

The Brentford Project is a large-scale regeneration designed to reconnect Brentford High Street with the waterfront. The first phase delivers 327 apartments, alongside restaurants, retail, and public realm that reshape the area into a modern riverside destination.

With apartments, communal spaces, and external elevations all progressing toward completion at the same time, the final clean had to be handled with care, coordination, and the right access methods.

OUR APPROACH

On a project like this, presentation matters inside and out. That meant combining builders cleaning internally with rope access support externally to make sure the whole development was ready for handover.

Clean Spaces Start With Control

Apartments, corridors, and communal areas were cleaned methodically to remove construction dust, residue, and marks left behind by final trades. The goal wasn’t “tidy.” It was inspection-ready.

Working From the Inside Out

While internal teams progressed through apartments and communal areas, our rope access teams handled the external elevations, ensuring façades and glazing matched the finish inside.

Large developments mean repetition, but every unit still has to meet the same standard. From individual apartments to shared circulation areas, every space was brought up to handover condition.

Across hundreds of apartments and multiple buildings, the result was a development brought to completion clean, controlled, and ready for handover.
