Developed by Regal London and constructed by JJ Rhatigan, the Crown Trading Centre redevelopment delivers 407 residential apartments across multiple buildings rising between 7 and 17 storeys. The scheme forms part of the wider regeneration of Hayes, bringing new homes, landscaped areas, and improved connections to the surrounding town centre.
