A Regeneration With Real Momentum

Eastfields is part of Clarion Housing Group’s wider regeneration programme in Merton. Once complete, the Eastfields scheme will deliver 800 new homes, including 245 for social rent, along with retail, leisure, and community space designed to support the area for the long term. JJ Rhatigan is the main contractor delivering the new homes at Eastfields.
