Project OVERVIEW

A New Neighbourhood by the Thames

Developed by Ballymore, Embassy Gardens delivers approximately 2,000 new homes across a series of striking residential buildings in the Nine Elms district, directly beside the new U.S. Embassy. The development has become known for its distinctive architecture and the iconic Sky Pool suspended between two towers.

Preparing a Landmark Development for Completion

On a development of this scale, the finishing stages involve far more than a standard clean. Interiors, façades, and shared spaces all need to reach handover condition together.

Clean Spaces Start With Control

Apartments, corridors, and communal areas were cleaned methodically to remove construction dust, residue, and marks left behind by final trades. The goal wasn’t tidy. It was inspection-ready.

Working From the Inside Out

While internal teams progressed through apartments and communal spaces, our rope access teams handled the external elevations to ensure façades and glazing matched the finish inside.

No Corners Left Behind

Large developments mean repetition, but every unit still has to meet the same standard. From individual apartments to shared circulation areas, every space was brought up to handover condition.

Across a development of this scale, the result was a clean, controlled finish delivered across both internal spaces and external façades.
