Goodluck Hope forms part of the wider regeneration of London’s LeamouthPeninsula, where the River Lea meets the Thames. Designed as a vibrantresidential neighbourhood, the development combines modern architecture, waterfront walkways, and shared amenities overlooking the river.
Our role supported the final stages through builders cleaning andabseiling, delivering both the internal and external cleans required to preparethe buildings for completion.

Developed by Ballymore, Goodluck Hope delivers approximately 804 apartments across a series of residential buildings positioned along the waterfront at Leamouth. The development forms part of Ballymore’s wider vision for the area, creating new homes, public spaces, and riverside connections.
With multiple buildings progressing toward completion at once, both internal spaces and external elevations needed to reach the same handover standard across the development.

With several buildings progressing toward completion at the same time, the final stage of the project required both internal and external areas to reach the same standard before handover.
Across the buildings, the final result was a development presented clean, controlled, and ready for its next stage.
At Goodluck Hope, our builders cleaning and abseiling works helped prepare the development for completion across 804 apartments, shared internal spaces, and external elevations. The buildings now form part of a growing waterfront neighbourhood along the River Lea, ready to welcome residents into Ballymore’s expanding East London community.
