OUR APPROACH

Finishing a Waterfront Development

With several buildings progressing toward completion at the same time, the final stage of the project required both internal and external areas to reach the same standard before handover.

Inspection-Ready Apartments
Across hundreds of homes, apartments, corridors, and communal spaces were cleaned thoroughly to remove construction dust, residue, and marks left behind during the final trades.
Façades That Match the Interiors
Rope access teams handled the external elevations, ensuring glazing and façades were presented to the same finish as the spaces inside the buildings.
Consistency Across the Development
Large multi-building schemes demand the same standard everywhere. Each apartment, corridor, and shared area was brought up to handover condition as the development moved toward completion.

Across the buildings, the final result was a development presented clean, controlled, and ready for its next stage.

RESULT

The buildings now form part of a growing waterfront neighbourhood along the River Lea, ready to welcome residents into Ballymore’s expanding East London community.
