Project OVERVIEW

A Modern Take on Urban Living

Guildford Plaza delivers 301 co-living studios across four residential buildings ranging between five and seven storeys, all connected around a central podium courtyard. The development includes shared amenity spaces such as lounges, co-working areas, gym facilities, and communal kitchens designed to encourage social interaction between residents.

With hundreds of units and multiple shared spaces moving through the final stages simultaneously, the finishing works needed to be delivered consistently across the entire development.

OUR APPROACH

Getting Hundreds of Studios Ready at Once

Co-living buildings move differently from standard residential projects. With many smaller units and a heavy focus on shared spaces, the finishing stage requires tight control across both private and communal areas.

Studio Rooms Finished and Presented

Each studio apartment was prepared through final painting and builders cleaning, ensuring walls, floors, and fixtures were ready for inspection and handover.

Shared Spaces That Set the Tone

Lounges, kitchens, corridors, and co-working areas were cleaned and finished to the same standard as the residential units, helping the development feel consistent throughout.
