Project OVERVIEW

A Mixed-Use Scheme With a Premium Feel

Hathaway House delivered 79 new luxury residential homes as part of a £34 million development, alongside commercial and healthcare space, a basement, and secure underground parking. The scheme also included 25% affordable housing, combining private sale and shared ownership within the wider project.

With sectional completions across NHS space, affordable homes, and private apartments, the finish had to stay consistent even as different parts of the building came forward at different times.

OUR APPROACH

Different Spaces, Same Standard

This was not one of those jobs where you paint one corridor, stand back, and call it luxury. With private homes, affordable homes, commercial space, and healthcare accommodation all under one roof, the finish had to feel joined-up from top to bottom.

No “It’ll Do” on the Nice Bits

The painting package helped give the apartments and internal spaces a clean, sharp finish that suited the quality of the development, without leaning on touch-ups to save the day.

Private, Affordable, Commercial - No Favourites

When a building mixes different uses and tenures, the standard still has to feel consistent. The finish needed to read as one development, not separate jobs stacked on top of each other.

Sectional Handover, Not Sectional Quality

Because parts of the building were completed in phases, the painting works had to hold their standard throughout, whether the space was heading toward healthcare fit-out, affordable housing, or private residential handover.

Across the project, the aim stayed simple: make every part of Hathaway House feel like it belonged in the same building.
