Project OVERVIEW

From Prison Walls to New Homes

Holloway Park forms one of London’s most significant regeneration projects, redeveloping the former prison site into a new residential community. The first phase introduces around 460 apartments, alongside landscaped courtyards, shared spaces, and public routes opening the previously closed site back to the neighbourhood.

The final stage of a project is where the details get judged. At Holloway Park, hundreds of apartments, corridors, and shared spaces all needed to be finished to the same standard before the development could move toward handover.

Walls That Pass the Close-Up Test

Every surface was prepared carefully so the final paintwork looked sharp, even, and consistent throughout the apartments and shared areas.

From Site Dust to Move-In Ready

Builders cleaning removed the final traces of construction, clearing dust, residue, and marks left behind by finishing trades so each space was ready for inspection.

Working With the Rhythm of the Build

Painting and cleaning progressed alongside the final trades on site, allowing the programme to keep moving smoothly toward completion.

Across the development, the focus remained simple: deliver finished homes ready for residents.
