The Landing delivers 429 apartments across two residential towers, rising up to 18 storeys above Maidenhead. Positioned directly beside the station, the development forms one of the town’s most prominent new residential buildings.

Builders cleaning removed construction dust and residue across apartments and communal areas, bringing interiors up to inspection-ready condition.

Our rope access teams handled the external elevations, cleaning façades and glazing safely across the tower heights where traditional access simply wasn’t an option.

From the lobby to the upper floors, the aim stayed simple: make the whole building look finished.
