Our role focused oninternal builders cleaning, helping the interiors live up to the address.
One Park Drive comprises 484 apartments within a design-led tower at the heart of Wood Wharf. Developed by Canary Wharf Group, the building combines luxury homes with resident amenities including concierge, pool, gym, cinema, library, lounge, and wellness spaces, making it one of the estate’s most recognisable residential addresses.
On a building like this, the final clean is not a formality. Premium interiors, shared spaces, and resident amenities all had to look the part before handover.
