A New Chapter for the Site

Previously home to Pond Meadow School, the site is being redeveloped into a three-storey extra care residential building providing modern homes for residents who want to live independently while having support available when needed.

This project also marked an important milestone for our team, becoming the first development where we delivered three trades together on the same site. Alongside the apartments, the building includes communal areas and landscaped surroundings designed to create a comfortable and social living environment.

When dry lining, painting, and cleaning all land on the same project, the order matters. Each stage sets the next one up. Done right, the transition from structure to finished space should feel seamless.

Where the Layout Takes Shape

Dry lining helped establish the internal layout across apartments, corridors, and shared areas, defining how the building would function once complete.

Painting works brought the interiors to life, giving apartments and communal areas a consistent, clean finish.

The Final Reset

Builders cleaning removed the dust and residue that comes with the final construction push, leaving spaces ready for inspection.
