More Than Apartments, Proper Living Spaces

This mixed-use assisted living development delivers 72 assisted living apartments, with one- and two-bedroom homes arranged across a building rising from 4 to 7 storeys. Alongside the apartments, the scheme includes a residents’ lounge, bistro, health and wellness suites, guest accommodation, staff rooms, and landscaped areas designed to support day-to-day living.

OUR APPROACH

No One Wants a Wellness Suite With Site Dust

This was not one of those jobs where you clean a corridor, tick a box, and disappear. With lounges, a bistro, wellness spaces, guest areas, and private apartments all under one roof, the internal clean had to make the whole building feel calm, finished, and ready from day one.

Apartments That Feel Ready, Not Nearly Ready

Internal cleaning removed construction dust, residue, and the final traces of site activity from the apartments, helping each home feel properly prepared for handover.

Shared Spaces With Standards

The lounge, bistro, guest areas, and wellness spaces were cleaned with the same attention as the apartments, because the communal parts are not an afterthought on a scheme like this.

A Building Meant to Feel Settled

Corridors, staff rooms, and internal circulation areas were brought up to the same standard, helping the whole development feel consistent throughout rather than polished in parts.

Across the building, the aim stayed simple: leave behind spaces that felt ready to welcome residents, not reminders of the build.
