Twyford Abbey is one of those projects where the history does half thetalking for you. Set on a 5.4-hectare site in West London, thedevelopment transforms a long-derelict estate into a new residential community, while the Grade II listed abbey itself is being brought back into use ashomes.
Working alongside JJ Rhatigan, our team delivered painting andinternal builders cleaning, helping the new homes and shared spaces movefrom construction phase to handover standard.
The wider Twyford Abbey development delivers 296 homes, including 286 apartments across seven 5- and 6-storey blocks and 10 family houses, with around 50% affordable housing. The listed abbey is also being converted separately into 30 residential units, adding another layer to the story of the site.
On a scheme like this, the finish has to do two jobs at once: make the new-build homes feel ready, while respecting the character of a site people already recognise.

Projects like this do not get to feel generic. When you are working on a site with a listed abbey, a new public park, and hundreds of new homes, the final presentation has to feel considered from the start.
Across the project, the aim stayed simple: make sure the new homes looked ready for their next chapter.
At Twyford Abbey, our painting and internal builders cleaning works helped prepare the interiors across a major West London regeneration project delivering 296 homes on the main site. On a development where heritage and new-build construction sit side by side, the finish had to feel ready for modern living without losing sight of the setting.
