Wardian is not exactly subtle. Set on Marsh Wall in Canary Wharf, the development delivers 767 homes across two residential towers of 50 and55 storeys, instantly recognisable for their wrap-around balconies andplant-filled design. Developed by Ballymore, it is one of the mostdistinctive residential schemes on the Canary Wharf skyline.
Our role focused on internal builders cleaning, helping bringapartments and shared spaces up to the standard expected inside a developmentthis high-end.

Wardian comprises 767 homes, including suites, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and penthouses, all arranged across two landmark towers above a podium of resident amenities, retail, and shared spaces. Inspired by the Victorian Wardian Case used to transport exotic plants, the whole development was designed to blur the line between architecture and nature, with more than a hundred species of plants used throughout the building.
On a project with this much glass, design detail, and shared amenity space, the final clean had to feel every bit as polished as the architecture.

Wardian is the kind of building where the shared spaces are half the story. Between the grand lobby, cinema room, resident lounge, gym, outdoor pool, restaurants, and rooftop sky garden, the internal clean had to make the whole place feel less active site and more private club.
Across both towers, the aim stayed simple: make the inside live up to the skyline.
At Wardian, our internal builders cleaning works helped prepare 767 homes and shared internal spaces within one of Canary Wharf’s most recognisable residential developments. In a building known for design, amenities, and a sky garden full of plants, the finish had to be as sharp indoors as the towers look from outside.
