Yardhouse at Wood Lane is one of those projects that packs a lot intoone address. Set in the heart of White City, the development brings together 209co-living apartments, 60 affordable homes for women in need, newlandscaped public realm, and a new head office for Women’s Pioneer Housing. It is a mixed-tenure scheme with a clear social story behind it, not justanother block going up.
Working alongside JJ Rhatigan, our role covered internal andexternal cleaning works, helping bring the development through its finalstages as the project moved toward completion.

Yardhouse delivers 209 co-living apartments with shared amenities alongside 60 affordable homes, creating a mixed-tenure development designed to serve different residents in different ways. The scheme also includes new landscaped public realm and office space for Women’s Pioneer Housing, giving the project a wider community purpose beyond the homes themselves.
When a project mixes co-living, affordable housing, shared amenities, and public-facing spaces, the finish has to feel consistent across all of it.

Mixed-tenure schemes are not the kind of job where you can clean one area well and hope the rest blends in. Co-living spaces, affordable homes, shared amenities, and communal areas all needed to feel like part of the same finished development.
Across the development, the aim stayed simple: make every part of Yardhouse feel ready for the people it was built for.
At Yardhouse, our internal and external cleaning works helped prepare a mixed-tenure development delivering 269 homes in White City. With co-living apartments, affordable homes, shared amenities, and community space all under one scheme, the final presentation had to bring everything together. We helped make sure it did.
