BRENT CROSS TOWN – PLOT 25

Brent Cross Town is one of London’s most ambitious regeneration projects, transforming a former retail district into a vibrant new urban neighbourhood. Plot 25 sits among the first buildings delivered within the masterplan, introducing purpose-built student accommodation alongside new streets, parks, and public spaces.

Our role covered both painting and builders cleaning, helping prepare the internal spaces for completion and handover.

Project OVERVIEW

Designed for the Next Generation of Students

Plot 25 delivers 662 student bedrooms across a series of connected blocks rising up to around 22 storeys, forming one of the first residential buildings in the Brent Cross Town masterplan. The development includes study areas, social spaces, and shared amenities designed to create a vibrant student community.

With hundreds of rooms, communal areas, and shared facilities progressing toward completion at the same time, the final stages required both painting and builders cleaning works to bring the project fully over the line.

Finishing Student Spaces Properly

Student rooms, corridors, and communal spaces needed a clean, even finish that suited a modern residential scheme and stood up to final inspection.

Builders Cleaning That Completed the Job

Internal spaces were cleaned thoroughly to remove construction dust, residue, and marks left behind during the final trades, helping prepare the building for handover.

Working With the Programme

By aligning closely with JJ Rhatigan and other trades on site, painting and cleaning works progressed smoothly through the final stages of the build.
