Last week, something meaningfulhappened — not at a construction site, not during a project review, but in aspace built for pause.
On 26 July, LLC Group hosted its annual Summer Party — a gathering that intentionally left behindpresentations, performance, and pressure. Instead, it offered something morevaluable: time. Time to connect, to reflect, and to simply be present.
The timing of the event wasn’taccidental. Following an intense and rewarding spring across several majorprojects — including handovers at Plot25 Brent Cross, Crown Trading CentreHayes, and Guildford Plaza —teams across LLC had been operating at full pace. The summer party wasn’t justa celebration. It was a much-needed breather.
As Saket Gautam, founder of LLC Group, shared:
“I had the privilege of standingshoulder to shoulder with the people who carry LLC Group forward every singleday — not across a boardroom table, but over a meal, a laugh, and a moment toexhale.”
There was no formal programme, nospeeches, no branding-heavy backdrop. The space itself was the experience — ablend of indoor charm and open-air calm. Guests arrived at a setting that maderoom for informal conversations, shared memories, and easy reconnections.
A slideshow ran in the backgroundthroughout the evening. It wasn’t loud or attention-seeking. It didn’t need tobe. It quietly reflected the very core of LLC’s journey — the milestonesachieved, the teams behind them, and the shared effort that brought thoseprojects to life.
One of the most meaningful elements ofthe evening was the subtle but clear recognition of LLC’s project managers. There was no spotlight, no applause.Instead, their leadership was acknowledged through the respect of peers and thesimple act of being seen.
“These weren’t moments curated forsocial media,” Saket noted. “They were real. And that’s what made them matter.”
LLC’s project managers have played acentral role in steering some of the company’s most complex projects in recentmonths. From handling timelines and logistics to managing teams on the ground, their leadership continues to push the company forward.
Beyond the internal team, the partywelcomed a number of clients andcollaborators — many of whom have been part of LLC’s story from the start. The atmosphere remained easy, genuine, and inclusive — not a networking event, but a shared space of appreciation.
The evening was beautifully capturedby Irina, whose ability to quietlyobserve and preserve the atmosphere resulted in photographs that reflect notjust who was there, but how it felt to be there. Her lens didn’t chase perfectframes — it caught the honest ones.
In Saket’s words,
“Asa founder, I don’t take moments like this lightly. Culture isn’t built inonboarding decks or company all-hands. It’s built here — in these shared spaceswhere people feel seen, valued, and at ease.”
The LLC Summer Party served as areminder that culture isn’t something we say — it’s something we do. Andsometimes, doing it means creating the space to pause.
The evening closed without a formalsend-off, but with a clear feeling of appreciation. Appreciation for the work, the people, and the journey ahead.
“I left that night with a quietermind, a full heart, and an even deeper appreciation of what we’re building —together.”
— Saket Gautam
